What are the common side effects of Lexapro?
The drowsiness and fatigue depend a lot on when you take the Lexapro. I found (by experimenting) that the best time for me to take my Lexapro is with dinner. I sleep a lot better, and I’m more awake the next day.
If the drowsiness and fatigue continue, you might think about asking your doctor if you could add Wellbutrin SR to your meds. I take it – in the morning – and it helps get me going. And, you might also be able to lower your Lexapro dose, too – which also helps.
